About the Role:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the company’s product offerings. This is a foundational role, giving you the chance to build marketing strategies from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for positioning, messaging, and driving product adoption while working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Legal Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI-powered legal tech products, starting with their flagship product.
- Build buyer personas and tailor messaging for different audience segments
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends in the legal tech space and respond to evolving customer needs.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events) to drive product awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to provide tools, content, and insights needed to drive pipeline and close deals.
- Work with Customer Success teams to identify product advocates and highlight their success stories.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve product-market fit.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or professional services.
- A strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex topics.
- Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Webflow, and Hotjar.
- A passion for AI and legal tech, with the ability to market complex products to a highly specialized audience.
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data and inform marketing decisions.
